Class of 2025 Fellow Jenine Scott named a YES (Youth Employment Service) Top 35 Under 35 in South Africa

We are excited and proud to share that Class of 2025 Fellow Jenine Scott was named a YES (Youth Employment Service) Top 35 Under 35 in South Africa — a recognition reserved for purpose-driven young leaders shaping impact across business, society, and the communities we serve.

This year, the awards received 11,000–20,000 applications nationally. Jenine is well-deserving of this award. Jenine is a contract hire at Bain & Company in Johannesburg and founder of Dignity in Flow, an organization that is focused on importance of dignity throughout puberty by educating young people on women’s health and providing access to sanitary products.

In Jenine's words "to stand among the top 35 is a moment that leaves me deeply proud of how far I’ve come — and even more inspired by how far there is still to go.

A highlight that moved me profoundly was hearing the Deputy Dean of GIBS Business School mention my name in her speech. Moments like these remind me that when passion meets purpose, doors open that you never imagined possible.

This recognition is not mine alone. It belongs to everyone who has poured into my journey — mentors, colleagues, leaders, friends, and the many young people who inspire me every day.

Here’s to continuing the work that matters.
Here’s to creating opportunities.
Here’s to building futures filled with dignity, hope, and impact."

Congrats, Jenine! We cannot wait to see the ripples you continue to make in Kliptown and beyond!
