Service Partners:
Samuel J. Green Charter School, The Columbus Street Children's Center, and Neighborhoods United in the Feret Neighborhood, Projects included:

•Suporting the Edible Schoolyard initiative which is a community garden run by the children at the Green school and they integrate organic gardening into their curriculum at two public charter schools. Helped create the ongoing maintence and organization of the gardens.

• A community revitalization at The Columbus Street Children's • Center where and organized celebration for the children. We transformed a space for further community celebrations for the community.

• Ripples lead a field trip with the young children to the Children's museum.

• Collaborated with a neighborhood and worked on a community block painting homes, and making physical improvements for the neighborhood

    During our recent trip to South Africa we began the process of donating books to our partner organizations.
